Managed Endpoint Complete + Unlimited Remote Support

Day-to-day endpoint support with additional backup and security operations for organizations that need broader endpoint coverage.

Service Guide Version: 2026-07-11

Managed Endpoint Complete includes everything in Basic, plus endpoint backup monitoring, standard restores from available healthy restore points, EDR/XDR visibility, SIEM alert triage, and enhanced endpoint security monitoring for covered endpoints.

What Complete adds

Complete retains the routine remote support, monitoring, patching, asset tracking, ticketing, security telemetry, and standard remote remediation provided by Basic. It adds backup monitoring, standard restore operations, endpoint detection and response visibility, SIEM alert triage, and additional endpoint security monitoring.

Who Complete fits

Complete fits organizations that want routine endpoint support, endpoint security visibility, and backup operations managed together for covered devices.

It is appropriate where endpoint downtime, unavailable files, suspicious activity, backup failures, or configuration drift could materially disrupt operations.

Included support, security, and backup operations

  • Unlimited remote support for covered endpoint users during standard support hours.
  • Endpoint monitoring, patching, asset tracking, ticketing, and standard remote remediation.
  • Endpoint security monitoring with EDR or XDR visibility for covered devices.
  • Security information and event management (SIEM) alert triage for endpoint and supported security telemetry sources.
  • Endpoint backup monitoring for configured protected endpoints.
  • Standard restore operations from available healthy restore points.
  • Routine endpoint maintenance and remediation tied to alerts, patches, backup failures, and user support tickets.
  • Documentation updates for covered endpoint inventory and recurring support history.

How backup and security operations work

Complete monitors configured endpoint backup jobs and provides standard restore assistance when a valid restore point is available. Backup and restore results depend on endpoint health, storage, network connectivity, software behavior, retention, and the condition of the source data.

Endpoint and SIEM alerts receive routine triage, initial suspicious-activity review, standard containment support, and follow-up for covered devices. Effective monitoring depends on current access, supported systems, multi-factor authentication, logging, and the agreed controls remaining in place.

  • Standard restores address normal file or workstation recovery needs from available healthy restore points.
  • Client assistance may be needed to identify data, validate restored content, or make business decisions during recovery.
  • Backup monitoring reduces risk but does not guarantee that every backup or restore will succeed.
  • Security monitoring improves visibility and response coordination but does not prevent every incident.

Service boundary

Complete covers routine remote support, endpoint security operations, backup monitoring, and standard restores for covered endpoints. It does not automatically extend to other systems, planned changes, physical work, major incident response, or large recovery events.

  • Server, network, cloud, voice, server backup, licensing, telecom, hardware, supplier charges, and taxes remain separate from the Complete endpoint package.
  • New endpoint deployments, hardware refreshes, workstation rebuilds, migrations, rollouts, redesigns, and other planned project work are separate services.
  • On-site support, cabling, physical repair, third-party vendor projects, and after-hours non-P1 support are separate services.
  • Incident response beyond initial triage, containment, and stabilization requires a separate incident-response service.
  • Digital forensics, legal evidence preservation, breach notification, compliance counsel, major ransomware recovery, business-wide recovery, and reconstruction beyond standard restores are separate professional services.
  • Specialized data recovery is separate when no healthy restore point exists or recovery requires tools and methods outside the configured backup platform.
  • Unmanaged, unsupported, personal, BYOD, or otherwise uncovered systems are not supported through Complete.
