Privacy Policy
How Cloud Core MSP collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This website is designed to help prospective clients contact us, request an IT assessment, direct existing clients to the support portal, and accept device drop-off information. This policy explains what information is collected through those workflows and how it is used.
Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, organization name, details about your request, and information about the device or system involved.
Some standard web server information, such as IP address, request path, and timestamp, may also be recorded in normal infrastructure logs for security and operational troubleshooting.
We use first-party website measurement stored in systems we operate. For up to four hours, the browser may keep a random session key and limited attribution context in sessionStorage. That context can include the landing path, the host name of an external referring site, a direct, campaign, referral, or internal source category, and first- and last-touch UTM campaign values. It does not include a full referring URL.
Our server may create a rotating daily HMAC value derived from the request IP address to estimate aggregate daily uniqueness. The website analytics record does not store the raw IP address or user-agent string. Normal infrastructure security logs may separately contain standard request information as described above.
Controlled first-party events may describe page views, calls to action, form starts, scheduler steps, phone or email link clicks, support-portal exits, pricing and Service Guide interactions, article links, safe outbound links, and downloads. These records use controlled action and placement categories. They do not store form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, appointment invitees, exact appointment times, scheduler tokens, meeting links, full destination URLs, destination query strings, or URL fragments.
Browser marketing measurement is disabled on internal, API, Keystatic or administrative routes, the device drop-off route, and tokenized appointment-management pages. We also suppress nonessential browser interaction events when the browser sends a recognized Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. A successful contact request or appointment may still create the operational and CRM records needed to provide the service, including campaign values submitted with that request.
Browser session attribution expires after four hours. Server-side event records are retained only as long as needed for aggregate website performance, attribution, security review, and operational reporting, and are not intended to become permanent per-person profiles.
We do not sell browsing data, run advertising trackers, or use this site to profile visitors for third-party marketing purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through this website is used only for legitimate business purposes tied to your request. That includes responding to inquiries, scheduling assessments, creating support records, coordinating service work, and communicating with you about the issue or opportunity you submitted.
We do not sell, rent, or share form submission data with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
SMS Messaging Privacy
Cloud Core MSP LLC may offer an optional SMS consent checkbox on public website forms that collect a phone number. If you choose that option, the consent applies only to SMS messages related to support, scheduling, and service updates.
Cloud Core MSP LLC does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
All categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We may share your phone number or consent status only with service providers that help us deliver messaging services, such as platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and vendors directly involved in message delivery.
Contact, Assessment, Support Portal, and Drop-Off Workflows
Contact and IT assessment forms create a lead or inquiry record in our internal business systems so we can respond and track follow-up appropriately.
Scheduling forms create appointment and internal follow-up records so we can coordinate the requested meeting and related communications.
The client support page directs existing clients to the authenticated support portal, where ticket submissions are handled inside our internal support platform.
Device drop-off forms create a help desk record so technicians can work the issue and document progress.
Device drop-off forms may include login credentials or access information for the device being serviced. That information is transmitted directly into the corresponding support record and is not stored in a separate public website database.
Data Retention
Submitted information is retained as part of our operational, support, and customer relationship records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the submission and support ongoing business continuity. Retention periods may vary depending on whether the record is tied to a prospect inquiry, active support matter, or long-term customer relationship.
Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption for all connections. Form submissions are processed server-side and routed directly into internal systems we operate or control. We use security controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, data leakage, and misuse.
No website form data is intentionally stored in a public-facing content database for this site.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services in our operations:
- ERP and CRM systems — Contact and assessment requests are routed into internal systems used to manage leads and follow-up.
- Help desk systems — Support and drop-off requests are routed into internal systems used to manage tickets and service delivery.
These systems are part of our service delivery operations. They are not used to sell your information onward or make it available to unrelated third parties.
Your Rights
If you would like to request deletion of information you have submitted through this website, or if you have questions about the information we hold in connection with your submission, contact us at generalinfo@ccmsp.pro or call (910) 506-2042. We will review the request in light of any legal, operational, or service-delivery obligations that require retention.
