Managed Endpoint Complete is the $50 per covered endpoint per month primary endpoint package. It includes everything in Basic, plus endpoint backup monitoring, standard restore operations, EDR/XDR-style visibility, SIEM alert triage, and enhanced endpoint security monitoring.

Managed Endpoint Complete includes everything in Managed Endpoint Basic, plus endpoint backup monitoring, standard restore operations, enhanced endpoint security monitoring, EDR/XDR-style visibility, and SIEM alert triage for covered endpoints.

Monthly rate

Managed Endpoint Complete is $50 per covered endpoint per month unless the Order Form says otherwise.

This rate covers the managed endpoint service scope below. Microsoft licensing, telecom, hardware, supplier pass-through charges, taxes, projects, on-site work, and out-of-scope work are not included and will be billed separately unless explicitly stated in writing.

Backup and restore expectations

Complete includes monitoring of configured endpoint backup jobs and standard restore assistance when a valid restore point exists. Backups and restores depend on endpoint health, available storage, network connectivity, software behavior, and the condition of the source data.

Standard restore operations are intended for normal file or workstation recovery needs. Large recovery events, forensic recovery, corruption cleanup, ransomware recovery, or business-wide disaster recovery are not included in standard restore work and require separate written approval or billable incident or project scope.

Security monitoring expectations

  • Endpoint and SIEM alerts are triaged for normal operational response.
  • Initial suspicious-activity review, containment recommendations, and standard remediation are included.
  • Confirmed or suspected major incidents are not included beyond initial containment and require separate written approval or billable incident response scope unless explicitly included in writing.
  • Client cooperation, current access, supported systems, MFA, logging, and agreed controls are required for security monitoring to be effective.

Not included in Complete

Not included in Endpoint Complete unless added in writing:

  • New endpoint deployments, hardware refreshes, or large workstation rebuild projects.
  • Project work, migrations, deployments, redesigns, rollouts, or planned change work.
  • Security incident response beyond initial triage, containment, and stabilization.
  • Full incident response engagements or major recovery events outside standard restore operations.
  • Advanced digital forensics, full forensic investigation, legal evidence preservation, breach notification, or compliance counsel.
  • After-hours non-P1 support.
  • On-site support, cabling, physical repair, or third-party vendor project coordination.
  • Support for unmanaged, unsupported, BYOD, or otherwise uncovered systems.
  • Data recovery where no healthy restore point exists or where recovery requires specialized tooling.
